It all started off as a solo project Raoul Dikka created for fun while he was living in Malang. As it grew, the project was settled to fills the space somewhere between psychedelic pop and indie rock to then called Low Pink. With only self-recorded materials on their soundcloud, the band has made their proper introduction by being the opening act for Burger Records' The Garden, as they played Jakarta on October 2015. Giving audience an unexpected impression while leaving them glimpses of what their first EP gonna sound like.
About a year after, his debut Phases EP was released. The 5 tracks explores new emotional and instrumental territory for Raoul, and is accompanied with two music videos for "Phases" and "You" that shows an isolated world on a young man's world, depicting the world he's living in. Musically, the EP has accomplished to give a bona fide sonic experiences as a lo-fi album only through his modest bedroom studio.
As a live band, Low Pink now consists of Ryoichi Watanabe, Bondan Rahadian and Ody Panggabean on top of the founder. The band has made their way to stretch all the way of Java island by holding two succesful tours and seriously on their way for more.
